操作基于审批的知识工作区，并构建原生工作区应用。

Busabase 当前公开双技能包包含工作区记录与变更请求，以及有边界的数据访问和可评审 AirApp 应用创建；宿主插件分发同一对技能。

按上游配置 Busabase HTTP 访问，提供工作区任务或应用简报，并遵循提案、评审和已批准合并流程。

    Drive any Busabase workspace — the user's database, knowledge base, apps library, and skills registry for AI agents. Write through ChangeRequests, which merge immediately with write access and queue for review otherwise. Use busabase-cli for ergonomic commands, curl for the quick API loop, or the OpenAPI spec / MCP for the full surface. Reads the base URL, API key, and target space from ~/.busabase/.env.

    Create a complete isolated Busabase workspace app, author an installable Busabase template, or continuously evolve an existing AirApp — all through one blueprint-approved workflow. Start either way: build in a live Space and export the result as a template, or write the template package on disk and install it to verify. Use for new Cloud/Desktop workspace apps, for authoring or contributing a busabase template or template skill, and for auditing, upgrading, extending, or migrating an identified AirApp, including approved changes to its UI, files, Folder, Bases, Views, data, and related native resources while preserving everything outside the requested scope.
